McCook Fall Anniversary Session Adrianna + Jordan : McCook, Nebraska

Where does the time go?! Here I am blogging another session with Adrianna and Jordan. And I can’t help but smile at the thought of Adrianna sending the message, three years ago, that began our friendship. She had found me on Instagram and reached out to asked me to travel to McCook to photograph her and her husband, Jordan’s, second anniversary. That was the start of, what I believe, to be a lifelong relationship. Here we are, three years later, celebrating their fourth anniversary and the birth of their first child, Everett Taylor Gass.

This year was awfully special for them and for me! Early in the Fall I traveled to Kansas City, Missouri to photograph their maternity session. Jordan had been spending some time there for school so instead of having them travel to me, I took a little weekend trip there to meet them. It was dreamy! You have to see those images!

Then later in the year, after the arrival of baby Everett, I made my way to McCook to photograph their fourth anniversary and an a special newborn in-home lifestyle session. Today, I’m sharing a few of my favorite images from their fourth anniversary session.

Not too far from their home, we visited a quiet little spot were they snuggled baby Everett and the pups. The weather had been so rainy but we had planned this weekend so far in advance we were sticking with in despite any chances of rain. And I’m so glad we did, the skies cleared and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Photographing the Gass Family is one of the highlights of my year!
