Over the years, a number of gorgeous wedding invitations have graced my mailbox and one of my favorite things is seeing a couples personality and style shine in the design. 5 Reasons To Go Custom

1. YOUR WEDDING IS UNIQUE
Whether you’re hitting all the current wedding trends or doing something entirely eccentric, your style is one-of-a-kind. And your invitations should reflect that! They’re the first peek into your wedding day your guests will see. Knowing this, a great design and good quality says a lot.Get your guests excited to come!

2. YOUR GUEST LIST IS UNIQUE
The size and makeup of your guest list should guide you. Keep your guests in mind when designing your invitations, especially when including a details card. Will you have a lot of guests traveling for your wedding? Think about including maps or a few “must see” places they can visit over the weekend. Having a small, intimate wedding? Maybe you’ll want to invite everyone to a pre-wedding party (or rehearsal dinner) or possibly brunch the next morning? Choosing a custom designed invitation allows you this flexibility.

3. YOU GET 100% CONTROL
If you’re a type-A personality, you probably love that statement. 😉 Remember, these are your invitations! Rules are meant to be broken. Thinking about doing an online RSVP only? Sure! Want to print your registry on the details card (*gasp*). You got it!

4. YOU CAN SEE IT BUT CAN’T EXECUTE IT
One of the best parts of designing wedding invitations is hearing the inspiration behind a couples’ wedding style. Each couple has a vision for their big day. Their words and ideas, will help a designer envision their ideal invitation suite. You may be able to picture what you want but your designer will help you bring it to life.

5. YOU HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO
Weddings are all about where you put your time, energy and money. As such, you have to decide if taking the time choosing paper, envelopes and postage is something you want to invest your time in. If not, hire a designer and let them take care of all that for you!

Don’t be that bride who’s cutting each invitations down because she sized them wrong. Or the couple that forgot to include the ceremony time on the invitation and now has to reprint and resend them. Or the bride who couldn’t get the perfect lilac color printed from her local quick print shop.
